No, all of our brand new amenities are complimentary for all of our residents.

Are your units furnished?
Yes! All units include a furnished bedroom, kitchen appliances, kitchen range, couch, and coffee table.
How much is wifi?
Free! Our newly upgraded high-speed wifi is complimentary for all of our tenants. Upgrade options are available for anyone that requires even more bandwidth.
Do you have AC?
We have AC in the great majority of our apartments
Do you guys accept financial aid as a form of payment?
Yes we do. Please speak to a member of our staff to help set up your rent payment via financial aid.
